Contact enquiries When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message. We use this to respond to you — nothing else. We don’t add you to any mailing list or pass your details on. The legal basis is legitimate interests.

Client data If you become a client, we hold the information needed to do the work: your name, contact details, and where relevant, login credentials for systems we manage on your behalf. The legal basis is contract performance.

Cookies

WordPress sets functional cookies when you visit the site or submit the contact form. They handle basic site operations and contain no personal data.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. It collects anonymised data — pages visited, traffic sources, device type — and cannot identify you personally. You can opt out at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Third parties

We don’t sell your data. The only third parties involved in running this site are our UK-based hosting provider and Google Analytics.

How long we retain your data

Enquiry records are kept until the conversation is resolved, or longer if you become a client. Client records are kept for six years after the end of our working relationship, as required by HMRC.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we’re using it. Email stephen.greenslade @ web-tastic.com to make any of these requests and we’ll respond within one month.
